Section 3.4 Your Solar Plexus
As your lower Root, Sacral Plexus, and Solar Plexus Chakras find balance, you build up some trust. You get a feel for what your body is capable of, what hurts it, and what may need extra attention. But through the endless repetition of physical therapy stretches you’re also teaching your body to trust you back.
Section 3.3 Your Solar Plexus
It’s common that pain symptoms don’t present where the original injury is. And it’s also common to forget to take care of the not-squeaky wheels in life.
Section 3.2 Your Solar Plexus
Balance is a funny thing. We want it. We know we need it. But it’s ridiculously hard to achieve that perfect middle where we’re not teetering into court-ordered-anger-management territory or severe depression.
Section 2.4 Your Sacral Chakra

Section 2.1 Your Sacral Chakra
You are your own individual, and you choose when to feel or use your own power stores. We can want a safe place to be protected, and simultaneously still be strong.
Section 1.4 Your Roots
Who and what around you makes you feel safe and comfortable? What can you do to build a safe, comfortable lap?
Section 1.3 Your Roots
Technically the root chakra is at the base of the spine where your Kundalini or primal energy lies quietly at the ready, coiled like a tight spring. But for the purposes of covering each of the muscle groups in physical therapy, I’m extending this whole concept down into the legs: our people-springs.
